Our company started in 1981 as a small residential service company by James K Morelli Sr. and Anthony (Tony) Morelli. Morelli Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a full service mechanical contractor serving the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Morelli offers excellent heating, air conditioning, and ventilation services for our residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
