Rocky Mountain Dog was created to bring us together. Our mission is to inspire others to explore the mountains making memories along the way with their dog.
A few years ago, we built an e-commerce site on Shopify, called PetForest, and thought people would come, but nobody came. It was a dropship model pet store with a ton of products that we didn't own or brand. We learned an important lesson from that experience... a brand is everything.
We went back to the drawing board after our first attempt but it took some time to formulate. Over time, it became more and more clear, that we wanted to connect your experiences with the outdoors and your dog and be part of that moment making memories that will last a lifetime.
